The Department of ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS Engineering was established in the year of 2013. The Department has expanded significantly and now offers a B.E.- ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS Engineering course with a well-qualified and experienced team of faculty specialised in various fields of ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS Engineering who are dedicated to providing quality education.

Welcome to the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Arifa Institute of technology, nagapattinam. It provides me a gigantic amusement to lead the EEE Department of this reputed institution. Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was established in the year 2013. The Electrical and Electronics Engineering programme is duly approved by the AICTE and affiliated to ANNA University, Chennai. Our department faculties, a self-disciplined team with their immense knowledge on industrial and academic experience moves towards the elevation of the student and organization. The enlighten labs of the department like Renewable Energy, Electrical Machines, Power Electronics and Simulation lab with software like MATLAB, PSCAD, ETAP, PSIM, PSPICE for the students to enhance their skills on core sectors. In EEE department, we create opportunities to our faculty and students through training, workshop both inside and outside the college to glow in their areas of competence

ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS engineering is a branch of engineering that analyses, electrical circuit design, manufactures , and maintains electrical and electronics systems using fundamental physics. The Department was established in 2013 and has grown significantly since then.

The Department is always promoting green power energy activities, and students are actively involved in the manufacture of green power energy products. A highly qualified and experienced faculty team specialising in various fields of ELECTRICAL AND ELECGTRONICS Engineering is dedicated to providing quality education.

SCOPE OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING

Electrical engineers can also apply for respective and relevant vacancies coming out of State-Electricity Boards, PWD department, Thermal Power Plants, Nuclear Power Stations, Hydro-electric Power Stations, Solar Power plants, Indian Army, Indian Airforce, Indian Navy, and Indian Railways
